Purchase Single Tickets Online!

Theatre IV is working with Tickets.com to bring you secure credit card ordering online with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Purchase tickets any time, day or night! Online tickets are not refundable. Tickets.com charges a convenience fee for online sales. To avoid the fee, purchase by calling our box office at (804)282-2620. To purchase, look for the "Buy Tickets" button under each performance that's available online. For a performance with no button, simply call (804) 282-2620 to purchase by phone.

Richmond City Tax Details

The City of Richmond charges a 7% Admissions Tax on all performances taking place in a venue within the city of Richmond. This will be reflected in the total for all telephone and walk up orders at the Empire Theatre. The charge is as follows for all available ticket prices: $12 - add 75 cent city tax; $15 - add $1 city tax; $16 - add $1.25 city tax; $24 - add $1.75 city tax; $28 - add $2 city tax; $29 - add $2 city tax; $32 - add $2.25 city tax.
